Podcast Review Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid email address and submit a genuine, published review of the podcast. Employees, affiliates, or individuals directly associated with Carly Hill Coaching LLC are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Method

To enter, participants must:

• Submit a review of the podcast on a recognized podcast platform (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.).

• Visit https://carlyhillcoaching.com/reviews and submit their name, email address, and proof of their published review.

• Only one entry per person per giveaway period is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Submission Requirements

• The review must be honest and publicly visible on the platform.

• Reviews must adhere to the guidelines of the respective podcast platform.

• Incomplete or illegible entries will not be considered.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs on a monthly basis, with entries closing at 11:59 PM EST on the last day of each month. Any entries received after this time will be considered for the following month’s giveaway. Carly Hill Coaching LLC reserves the right to adjust the giveaway schedule at its discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• A winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries each month.

• The winner will be announced via the newsletter within the first week of the following month.

• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Details

• The winner will receive one of Carly Hill Coaching LLC’s paid digital products, chosen at Carly Hill Coaching LLC’s discretion.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

• Carly Hill Coaching LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Disqualification

Carly Hill Coaching LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Contain spam or fake reviews.

• Are submitted with false information.

• Violate any terms of the podcast platform or this giveaway.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• By entering, participants agree that their name and review may be used for promotional purposes.

• Email addresses collected will be used for giveaway notifications and newsletters but will not be sold or shared with third parties.

• Participants can unsubscribe from communications at any time.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Carly Hill Coaching LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold Carly Hill Coaching LLC harmless from any claims or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
