Before I built this company, I was a community mental health social worker, then a therapist in private practice. Fully booked, completely exhausted, determined to make a real difference for my clients… but quietly wondering if I’d ever find a way out of the grind.
I loved helping people. But between back-to-back sessions, insurance battles, and the emotional toll of holding everyone else’s stories, I was running on empty.
I decided to create my first coaching program. I wanted to HELP people heal, and GET PAID FAIRLY for the transformational results I was helping my clients create.

The REALIZATION that Changed My Life
To make a long story short, I grew my own coaching practice FAST. I got a taste of freedom and wanted more. I scaled my group programs to release myself from the traditional time-for-dollars business model.
Within just a few months, I’d built my first 6-figure offer. I knew I was onto something huge… and others did too. People in my circle saw my success and wanted to know… how was I doing it??
This shift into coaching, I realized, was about to change everything—not just for me, but for all the other social workers, therapists, health practitioners, wellness pros, and heart-centered coaches out there yearning to build something bigger.

When I’m not coaching, writing, or leading my team, you’ll find me in South Florida with my husband and our son—soaking up the sunshine, recharging by the ocean, and living the freedom-filled life I once only dreamed about.
In addition to coaching, I’m a reiki master, highly spiritual and intuitive, and a lifelong learner. Gratitude is my daily practice. Integrity is my non-negotiable.
